MEET KELSEY & EMMY OF MINIMALE SKIN
Kelsey Salvatico, FNP-BC, Owner & Co-Founder
Kelsey is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania before going on to earn her master’s degree from Columbia University. Prior to founding Minimale, she began her career as a medical dermatology provider, diagnosing and treating skin conditions as well as managing chronic skin disorders. She crafted detailed and individualized skin care regimens for her patients, utilizing chemical peels, prescription strength skin care and a variety of lasers. As the aesthetics industry gained momentum and Kelsey found herself increasingly treating cosmetic patients, she found her real passion. Over the past 7 years she has honed her skills in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, helping to train and pass on knowledge to new injectors. She also has fine tuned her artistic eye, most importantly learning that there are no shortcuts in facial balancing. There are no standardized blueprints or formulas to follow when enhancing unique attributes and she specializes in helping her patients to maintain a balanced approach to injectables. Kelsey founded Minimale with her best friend Emmy to ensure that their patients receive the individualized care they deserve.
Emmy Cassagnol, PA-C, Owner & Co-Founder
Emmy is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in Emergency Medicine and Cosmetic Dermatology. She received her Master’s degree from Barry University and began her career in Emergency Medicine in 2013. Emmy became a founding injector at a NYC based cosmetic dermatology practice in 2016. While working as a founding cosmetic injector, Emmy became the head of fellowship training and takes pride in honing her own skills while dedicating herself to continuing the education of new practitioners. After nine years of saving lives in the ER at Mount Sinai and Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by seven years as a senior provider and educator in the cosmetic injectables field, she transitioned to focusing solely on the development of a women-owned and operated cosmetic dermatology practice. Emmy strives to create a safe and fun environment, while achieving desired results and maintaining the unique integrity of each client’s individuality. Her practicing principles are centered around facial harmonization and balance - with the goal of turning insecurities into your newfound favorite features.
