OUR SHIPPING PROMISE ON ALL ORDERS FROM THE USA
FREE USPS Priority Shipping on $50+ orders is offered on all orders made from within the United States. Orders below $50 are subject to a $5 shipping fee.
We commit to making our best efforts to ship your order the next business day, though on occasion it may take longer. We will email you once the order has been shipped. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 5 business days in the continental United States. However, please be aware that many carriers are experiencing delays due to increased volume and COVID-19. As a result, shipments may be subject to delays while in transit.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders over $300 may require a signature confirmation at delivery.
HAWAII, ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take 6 to 9+ business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do offer shipping to most places in the world, including Canada, Mexico, Israel, Australia and the United Kingdom, among others, but for all orders placed for delivery outside the US, all postage and customs fees are the responsibility of you, the customer. $150+ orders ship free on applicable international orders. Orders below $150 ship at a flat rate of $50 where applicable.
Please contact us directly at customercare@rescuemd.com if you are not able to complete the processing of an international order on the website and wish to order and we will do our best to accommodate you, if possible. Please note international orders are not eligible for return and are not eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee.
ORDER CONFIRMATION SECURITY
To ensure our online transactions are secure, on occasion we may contact you by email or phone to confirm the details of your order. If we are unable to confirm the details of your order, your order may be cancelled, after which you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items within 10 business days.
