Clinical Study Overview

Female and male subjects were enrolled in a single site pilot study on facial erythema. Subjects were seen at baseline, week 4, and week 8. The dermatologist investigator and subjects assessed efficacy and tolerability at each visit on a 5 point ordinal scale.

Photographs were taken of all subjects at baseline, week 4, and week 8 with the Visia CR 4.3 using standard lighting 1 and cross polarized light of the central, right, and left face. Noninvasive erythema assessments of the face were conducted using a colorimeter and dermaspectrophotometer at baseline, week 4, and week 8.
